Winemaking: the grapes after the harvest is placed in small boxes drilled to wither; early March is de-stemming and crushing, the must is fermented for about two months on its lees
Ten months in stainless steel.
Tasting notes: straw yellow color, with golden rifessi; perfume with notes of apricot, raisins, chamomile, saffron. The taste is full-bodied, balanced, fruity, with a pleasant residual sugar.
